The place
Stillpoint began as a mango farm. The retreat was added in 2019 when the owners converted the old storage buildings into guest accommodation. It is not a wellness resort with farming as decor — the farm is real and working, and guests who want to can participate in the morning harvest routine. The wellness programming is light: yoga twice daily, one treatment per stay, and meals cooked from what the farm produces. There is no spa menu, no juice bar, no itinerary to follow. The idea is that having nothing scheduled is itself the programme.
The setting
Eight acres of working farm and scrubland. Six guest cottages, each with a private sit-out facing the Aravallis. Outdoor yoga platform under a neem tree. Farm kitchen open for observation and participation. One treatment room.

What happens
The therapist uses medium pressure throughout, with herb-infused warm oil. The treatment ends with a 20-minute rest in the treatment room with the windows open.
Good for: Anyone wanting a grounded, unhurried treatment in a farm setting. Not a clinical treatment.
Craniosacral Therapy 60 minutes₹5,500+
Light-touch bodywork focusing on the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
What happens
You lie fully clothed. The practitioner uses extremely light holds at the head, sacrum, and feet. Many guests report a floating sensation. Some fall asleep.
Good for: Stress, headaches, jaw tension, post-illness fatigue, anyone who needs gentleness.
